Video Installation

This video installation is composed of a video and a floor object.

The theme, 70 x 7, is adapted from the Bible, a saying of Jesus: to forgive each other 70 x 7 times. Meaning: without any limit. It is also about being forgiven yourself, by the sacrifice of Christ.

In the video one sees a blanc business card, with a red cross (our sin and suffering), that disappears over and over again: our sins are washed away.

The object consists from 490 blanc business cards. They are our clean washed identity, fully forgiven 70 x 7 times over.
